Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Items that have been installed, used, or altered.
  • Clearance or sale items.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at info@rishtechindia.in to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return.

Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are only issued for items that are eligible for returns (see above).

Refund Process:

  1. Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

Shipping Errors and Damaged Items
